Quince Brook gives you a beautiful blank canvas from which you can create your own take on a relaxed country wedding.
The icon of the property, a purpose-built American-style barn, has been beautifully fitted out with polished concrete flooring, exposed beams, skylights, and timber cladding, and bonus — is already equipped with lighting features and rigging for ceiling florals. Surrounding the barn is a lush lawn and manicured gardens, and a timber viewing deck and verandah already lit with festoon lights.
For your ceremony, tie the knot under the gorgeous big feature gum less than 100 metres away from the barn. For receptions, the barn comfortably seats up to 130 guests for sit-down dining or can fit up to 150 for cocktail dining. Guests can enjoy their beverages on the deck or spill out onto the adjacent lawns shaded by the old gum.
As a dry hire venue, you have complete freedom to choose your suppliers — from beverages and catering, to furniture hire and styling. And, of course, we’re always happy to make supplier recommendations. Plus, we make it easy for you by providing bar staff and glassware within our
wedding package, so all you need to do is source the drinks!

By booking Quince Brook, you’ll have the added benefit of receiving the full support of VENYU’s event managers throughout your planning. The VENYU team will work with you to create a detailed plan and running sheet for your event summarized in an event order document. This is something that will assist you in ensuring no detail is forgotten and also something you can utilise to communicate the plans for the day with your suppliers.
As part of VENYU’s support, you’ll also receive a complimentary on-site planning session, where you’ll meet with your VENYU planner on-site to go through all your event and styling plans, provide advice and help you to plan the best possible version of your day.

Ceremony under the gums.
Beautiful big old gums litter the property providing endless options for ceremonies. Central to the lawn, a gorgeous big feature gum with the paddocks as a backdrop is our favourite option. Plus, it’s less than 100 metres away from the barn — creating a seamless flow from ceremony to reception!
Reception in the barn.
The barn is a dedicated event space that has been built with receptions in mind. Beautifully fitted out with polished concrete flooring, skylights, a timber feature wall and fixtures for hanging lighting and florals, the barn is a perfect blank canvas for any style of wedding reception.
The verandah and deck.
Looking over the huge old gum and the property’s rolling hills and paddocks, the deck adjacent to the barn is a lovely area for guests to toast your nuptials and enjoy canapes before the formalities of the reception begin.
Beverages.
As a dry hire venue, you have complete freedom to choose your own beverages for service throughout the evening. Included within the venue hire package is the supply of glassware, ice and RSA-badged bar staff. For ease of service, we recommend the hire of a coolroom from an external supplier.
Catering.
Quince Brook allows you to select your preferred caterers, whether that be a food truck, canapes, grazing tables, wood-oven pizzas or a gourmet plated menu. Onsite is a basic kitchen area, equipped with a workspace, electric oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, sink, microwave and domestic-sized fridge.
